Aberglasney
Just a quickie to let you all know that we did indeed go to the concert at Aberglasney gardens, and no we were not on the silage as the weather was damp.
We had a fantastic evening with not one but three choirs- Cor Y Drindod Dewi Sant, CF1 and Cor Godre'r Garth, the wonderfull Chamber Orchestra of Wales, our own Carmarthenshire tenor Wynne Evans and the world famous bass baritone Bryn Terfel, Yes it rained but we in the Towy Valley are quite used to this, so it mattered not, what a night, what a performance, well done to all - glad I got Gareth to join me in a wonderfull evening.
Still not done the silage as we are waiting for the contractors to come, as usual its all or nothing this year again, but I believe we might cut tomorrow and it should be in by the weekend. How did we manage with the small hay bales and doing our harvest all summer long.
